Incidence

Very rare syndrome. Sporadic.

Clinical Characteristics

Deletion of the long arm of chromosome 14. Short stature, intellectual impairment, and dysmorphic facies are the most common clinical characteristics.

Karyotype. Deletion of the long arm of chromosome 14.
